Experienced applicants: From \350,000-¥450,000/month (negotiable)
New graduates / No experience: Around \300,000/month (negotiable)

Working Hours:
Shifts between 7:00-23:00, depending on role and store schedule
Sushi Chef: e.g., 9:00-23:00 / 7:00-17:00
Japanese Chef: 10:00-23:00
Hall Manager: 10:00-17:00 / 10:00-23:00
3-hour rest with private nap bed available during long shifts
Holidays:
Flexible options (e.g., 2 days off/week, 4 days off/month + early shifts).
Paid leave, bereavement leave available.

Our sushi chefs train newcomers efficiently, with no harsh or old-school methods.
We also train chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants.
Experienced Chefs:
You will take on preparation and counter service immediately.
Our culture values teamwork?no quotas or high pressure.
Other Formats Available:
Conveyor belt & lane-style sushi: great for those less comfortable with customer-facing roles.
Japanese Cuisine Chefs:
Experienced professionals entrusted with side dishes, prep, and creative cooking.
Hall Managers:
Oversee service operations and staff scheduling.
No sushi experience required.
